We have had a wonderful experience with Sit Means Sit. We have acquired a young German Shepherd (Harper). She was abandoned by her previous owner and had severe separation anxiety and was very reactive to other dogs. We now have the tools and the training to keep her safe. Harper did board and training then two classes with us. They were extremely helpful for my wife and I. We are now looking forward to group classes. Again, thank you Ava and the entire team!

Sit Means Sit is great, I would definitely recommend taking your dog here for basic training. I save great progress on day 1, My Australian Shepherd has learn a lot being there for 5 days and her listening got better. Definitely recommend it.

The strategies and support we received at Sit Means Sit have been so helpful! We chose the day care program package with 5 day care sessions. In those 5 weeks, I’ve seen awesome change in Barkley, and I feel more confident in my ability to handle him. When he first started, Barkley (around 1 years old) had recently started to become reactive toward dogs and people and anything he was scared of. Now, he ignores most dogs and people and we can go on walks around others with no difficulty. Kaitlin, one of the trainers, was so sweet to work with and did such a great job with Barkley. Ava, another trainer we worked with, was so knowledgeable and had amazing tips for me that really helped us make immediate progress at home. We are excited to continue to make progress with group classes each week. I love that if anything comes up in the next year, we can trouble shoot with trainers! I’d highly recommend Sit Means Sit

Amazing results! From the very beginning of our sit means sit journey the quality of service was nothing less than 5 stars. The consultation went really well and incredibly detailed on the goals we wanted to achieve with our yorkie yager. After the first class we were amazed how quickly he picked up everything he learned from training. By the last lesson we had so much confidence when we bring him to the dog park or even when we are just bringing him through the lobby when there’s a lot of distractions going on. A big thank you to Sean, Alexa, Karleigh, Morgan, and Cassie for all the work they did to lay a foundation for yager. Excited for group classes to begin! Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get their furry friend trained!

Today was our last of 3 days, daycare training, and I can’t speak highly enough of Dominic, Sav, and the rest of the staff at Sit Means Sit. We have a 13-month-old Cocker Spaniel and a 10-month-old Labradoodle who were both out of control – aggression, leash pulling, jumping, not listening, and constantly under our feet, to name a few issues. I feel like I have two different dogs now; life is much less stressful both around the house as well as being out for walks. I look forward to our home visits as well as group training to help further their training. This was money well spent.

Choosing sit means sit was a great decision! The trainers were professional and personable as well, especially Alexa and Dominic. I felt comfortable and knew my dog was safe while being there. He has been going there for a few months now and the difference is incredible. We knew when we adopted our two year old dog he had some behavior issues especially around other dogs and nipping. When I picked him up after his first all day session I was blown away that he was sitting around other dogs and able to sit and look at me. He has made such great progress and I feel like the trainers enjoy seeing them succeed too. We look forward to taking him to the group classes! I would recommend SMS to family and friends in a heartbeat and so glad I chose them to help our dog succeed! I am so thankful for them and helping my dog become more confident.

Sit means sit dog training is the absolute best! They work with you and your dog to be the best that you both can be. I highly recommend going here for any type of dog training! Any questions you may have they have all the answers too. All of the trainers make you feel so welcome and love your animal just as much as you do. My puppy Luna loved to go to training classes and now will be in group classes. I can’t wait to get her started! Salvatore and his team at Sit Means Sit (SMS) Dog Training are instrumental in our family’s life. They helped us ensure our dog, Remi, got off on the right paw and continue to work with us as needed. Several months ago, we did a consultation with Sal and were so impressed by his dog, Stella’s demo. We immmediately knew SMS was who we wanted to partner with for our dog. We started puppy lessons to work on Remi’s confidence as she was a bit timid with getting her during the pandemic. Remi did the three day training program, and is great at heel, sit, place, recall, etc. We are so pleased about Remi’s demeanor with us and other creatures. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Salvatore, Alexa and the whole crew are just absolutely awesome. Our dog Peach is a brand new dog when it comes to commands and walks and everything. It’s completely worth every penny and I’d be more than happy to vouch for them to anybody who is unsure.
