About Our Aggressive Dog Training

Aggressive behaviors like growling, snapping, or biting can be alarming for any dog owner. In many cases, these reactions stem from fear, stress, or uncertainty. When dogs feel overwhelmed or unsure of how to respond, they may react defensively as a way to protect themselves.

Our aggression training is designed to uncover what’s driving your dog’s behavior and address it at the source. By identifying triggers and easing fear-based responses, our experienced trainers help dogs learn calmer, more appropriate ways to handle challenging situations. This confidence-building approach teaches your pup how to navigate stress safely while reinforcing positive behaviors.

Behaviors Aggression Training Assists With:

  • Reducing nipping or biting
  • Decreasing reactivity
  • Addressing fear-based aggression
  • Building healthy coping skills
  • Managing separation-related behaviors
  • Improving interactions with people and other dogs
  • Lowering overall stress levels

Every dog’s situation is different, and we’re here to help you figure out what will work best. Get in touch with our trainers by calling 215-593-0539 to learn more about how we approach aggression training.

We have had a wonderful experience with Sit Means Sit. We have acquired a young German Shepherd (Harper). She was abandoned by her previous owner and had severe separation anxiety and was very reactive to other dogs. We now have the tools and the training to keep her safe. Harper did board and training then two classes with us. They were extremely helpful for my wife and I. We are now looking forward to group classes. Again, thank you Ava and the entire team!
